To: TMS,i was happy with the service that you provided. Lately i bought some product from TMS and one of the product is DEFECTED. At first it was some misunderstanding with the return policy but after some conversation, TMS took the effort to get the answer from the supplier and feed back to me. I get the respond is out of my expectation. IT was super service.. (Of cause of the international timing i need to wait few day since the supplier is from US)All the return shipping just took 3 days.. so total everything 5 days.
