Shipping Policy:
All packages will be calculated with the shipping fees automatically reflected upon checkout. Shipping costs are based on package weight and dimensions, and on the buyer's location.
Customers have to be AWARE that all items have to be pre-order before placing the orders. As we submit order twice a month from our suppliers (submit 1st & 16th monthly) and all the stuff will arrive 1 week after. However, the order will be shipped on the next day if the items are ready stock in our store.
* It's only a rough estimated ship out time, orders might be delayed a few days if the pre-order shipment was on hold by Custom Malaysia inspection and waiting for clearance.

- Most of the products will need to be PRE-ORDER when you made an order. It will ship out as soon as it is restocked, usually within 1 - 3 weeks. However, in some situations, we might ship the products that are available first (additional charges may apply).
- We DO NOT run a livestock system, so on rare occasions, an item set to "IN STOCK" on our website, may have SOLD OUT from our supplier. Therefore, this item is not automatically updated on our site.
- All orders will not be processed until we have received your payment details.

Returns Policy:
As we all know, when you buy a magic item you are not only buying a physical product, but also a secret. For this reason, we do not accept any returns unless an item is defective. And in the case an item is defective we can only offer a replacement and NOT a credit or refund. Before any replacement item is shipped out we must first verify that the item is, in fact, defective. We test all returned items to ensure the item is actually defective.
- Our return policy does not apply to downloads, as there is nothing physical to return.
- This policy does not apply to DVDs that have been watched (shrink-wrap must still be in place) as our wholesaler is unable to accept returns on played DVDs. Faulty DVDs, however, will be replaced with a working version.
- All products must be returned, intact, complete with packaging.
- If the product is not faulty, we will charge you for the actual cost of shipping the product out to you.
- The customer assumes responsibility for all returned products up to delivery at our warehouse, shipping with tracking is recommended.
- Return only acceptable within 2 weeks upon received parcel.

Delay/ Lost Shipment
Any incorrect details may cause delays. So please check your shipping addresses are correct, especially the postcodes and your phone number are valid. If your details are incorrect, this guarantee does not apply.
The Magic Street is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process. Customers are responsible for tracking the flow of the package via a tracking number via email after we dispatch the package. However, under unforeseen circumstances, if the shipment goes missing and not received the order, customers may contact PosLaju via email or 1 300 300 300 and they will take appropriate action.
