All packages will be computed with shipping fees automatically applied during checkout. Shipping costs are determined by package weight and dimensions, as well as the buyer's location.
It is important for customers to note that all items must be pre-ordered before placing an order. We submit orders to our suppliers twice a month (on the 1st and 16th of each month), and items will arrive one week after the submission date. If items are in ready stock at our store, orders will be shipped the next day.
* It is important to note that the ship out time provided is only an estimated timeframe, and orders may be delayed by a few days if the pre-order shipment is held for inspection by Malaysian Customs and awaiting clearance.
Please note the following:
- For most of our products, pre-order is required at the time of purchase. The product will be shipped as soon as it is restocked, typically within 1 to 3 weeks. However, in some situations, we may ship products that are currently available first, and additional charges may apply.
- We do not operate a livestock system, and thus, on rare occasions, an item labeled as 'IN STOCK' on our website may have already sold out from our supplier. As a result, the item may not be updated automatically on our site.
- Please note that we will not process any orders until we have received your payment details.

As we all know, when you buy a magic item you are not only buying a physical product, but also a secret. For this reason, we do not accept any returns unless an item is defective. And in the case an item is defective we can only offer a replacement and NOT a credit or refund. Before any replacement item is shipped out we must first verify that the item is, in fact, defective. We test all returned items to ensure the item is actually defective.
- This policy does not apply to DVDs that have been watched (shrink-wrap must still be in place) as our wholesaler is unable to accept returns on played DVDs. Faulty DVDs, however, will be replaced with a working version.
- All products must be returned, intact, complete with packaging.
- If the product is not faulty, we will charge you for the actual cost of shipping the product out to you.
- The customer assumes responsibility for all returned products up to delivery at our warehouse, shipping with tracking is recommended.
- Return only acceptable within 2 weeks upon received parcel.

Delay/ Lost Shipment
Any incorrect details may cause delays. So please check your shipping addresses are correct, especially the postcodes and your phone number are valid. If your details are incorrect, this guarantee does not apply.
The Magic Street is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process. Customers are responsible for tracking the flow of the package via a tracking number via email after we dispatch the package. However, under unforeseen circumstances, if the shipment goes missing and not received the order, customers may contact PosLaju via email or 1 300 300 300 and they will take appropriate action.
