King's Head (Blue & Red) Playing Cards by Joker and the Thief

The King's Head Playing Cards series is a tribute to the golden age of playing card design. Inspired by classic United States Playing Card Company decks from the early 1930s, this collection blends vintage elegance with modern craftsmanship, creating a deck designed to be used, admired, and collected.

Each deck features a gorgeously detailed tuck box, a beautifully illustrated Ace of Spades, and custom Joker and Thief cards that continue the brand's iconic storytelling. The King's Head series elevates your magic routines, cardistry practice, and game nights with a touch of classic luxury.

The idea for this collection began in Malta, where a vintage cigarette packet from the 1940s - featuring a striking blue and red colorway and a royal figure - sparked the concept for King's Head.

Later, artist Felipe Calavanti brought the vision to life, capturing the timeless aesthetic of early 20th-century decks while incorporating Joker and the Thief's signature narrative flair.

To ensure authentic playability, the decks feature a redrawn set of vintage court cards, staying true to the era that inspired them. Within the artwork, the Joker and Thief characters plot to overthrow the King himself, adding drama and intrigue to every hand dealt.
