Have a spectator freely choose and sign a card the lose it in your deck of cards...
Take a coin out from your wallet or it can be borrowed and invite the spectator to write his or her initials on it.
Drop the coin on your deck, face up, and quickly pass your wallet above the deck...

When the wallet is removed, the signed card will appear under the coin, which did not move.
