The first real book on advanced card magic ever written in any language.
Conjuring Arts is very excited to finally release it's exclusive translation of a book that we believe was written by one of J. N. Hofzinser's students. Ein Spiel Karten is an extremely rare book published by "R. P." in Prague in 1853. It is one of the first books with detailed descriptions of sleight of hand with playing cards and the very first book of advanced card magic ever published. This exclusive translation into English was prepared especially for presentation at Juan Tamariz's Jornadas conference held in 2005 in El Escorial Spain.
The translation includes the excellent clear illustrations from the original and will allow you to learn many of the moves and tricks that Hofzinser's student taught in 1853. Inspire your creativity and ignite your historical passions!
