Pending :
Usually means we're waiting for payment, but it can also mean that we haven't processed your payment just yet.


Processing :
Paid. Ready stock and ship the order on the next business day (except Sunday & Public Holidays).


Importing :
Paid. Orders will submitted to our US supplier and it usually takes about 1 week to arrive Malaysia (submit 1st & 16th monthly). This order will ship once it arrives our store or we can ship the items separately for the in stock & pre-order items as your request, but that may require you to pay additional secondary postage charge.


* It's only estimated ship out time, orders might be delay few days if the pre-order shipment was on hold by Custom Malaysia and waiting for clearance.

Delivered :
Shipments have been sent out to Post Office. The domestic order will be received within 2-3 days and international order will receive within 7-12 days.

* Please be informed that your package information (Tracking No.) is only can be traceable after 24 hours shipped.


Issue Order :
Insufficient amount were paid or other issues to wait for further confirmation from customers.
