The purpose of this FAQ is to answer some of the most common questions asked by customers.
Q: Do you have a store that I can visit?
A: We NOT opened for retailing or walk-in customers. We do online order only.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order by just drop an email to [email protected] with your order number.
Q: What is the minimum amount?
A: That is no minimum amount on each order.
Q: What should you do if you haven't received your shipment 3 days after we have shipped out the order?
A: Just drop to email to [email protected] and we will help to track your shipment.
Q: All the items listed on the site are original?
A: Yes. If any pirated products found after ordering from us, we'll refund 100% of the item's purchase price to the customer.
Q: Can I get a discount for the few items that I ordered?
A: No. From time to time, we have tried to lower our price to the cheapest in Malaysia and currently we do not offer an additional discount. However, customers still can get some promotion items at http://www.themagicstreet.com/index.php?main_page=specials
Q: How long should I wait for the items which are out of stock?
A: Those items are running out of stock by our supplier and we can't promise when they will restock it. So we are no recommended customers to place an order on the items which are out of stock. Meanwhile, we'll send the Gift Coupon to customers (if customers have placed the order but out of stock) and customers can use the coupon on next order.

Q: Do you match prices from other websites?
A: We have no problem adjusting prices to match any competitor (Malaysia) before you make a purchase. In fact, if you purchase something with us and then find it cheaper somewhere else (within 2 weeks of purchase), we will credit you the difference! However, anything after the two-week grace period will not apply.
Q: I received a defective item. What should I do?
A: Please contact [email protected].
Q: Who will be responsible for shipping cost for defective items?
A: You are responsible for the cost of shipping any products back to The Magic Street. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Q: I want to purchase something but I cannot find it on your website. What can I do?
A: Even though we carry almost 15,000 products, there will inevitably be a few things you can't find on our website. If this is the case, please email [email protected]. Every effort will be made to special order this item for you.
Q: Will TMS separate our order to ship the items in stock first and out of stock items later?
A: No. Anyway, customers can drop us an email to request separate the order, but additional shipping fee will be charged.
Q: What Shipping Options do you Offer?
A: All goods are dispatched using PosLaju, Skynet & Nationwide.
Q: What are the Shipping Rates?
A: Shipping rates will be displayed in the final step of the checkout process. Your total shipping charges will be shown on that page prior to purchase.
All trick decks are manufactured using brand new, ordinary card decks.
However, expect the seal to be broken on the box!
The paper seals on the boxes have been opened and the plastic wrap has been removed so that the cards inside can be treated, sorted or marked as needed to make the ordinary cards into trick cards.
YOU WILL RECEIVE BRAND NEW UNUSED CARDS IN A BRAND NEW BOX, but please realize that the manufacturer of the trick deck had to open your deck to make the trick.
Cards are made out of paper, and paper doesn't mix well with moisture. However, there have been some decks of cards such as the Aladdin 1001's that have been produced with a smooth finish to help repel moisture so that they last longer.
1. Air the cards. You may notice a while after that your cards get sticky. The best way to unstick them is to take a few cards out of the box first and let them sit for a couple weeks/months. The reason for taking the cards out of the box is to let the cards inside and out air out.
2. Cool the cards. The other option you have is to spread the cards in a cool environment and allow them to sit for 24 hours or more, face up for half the time, and face down for the other half. You can also do this by laying the cards individually instead of spreading them.
3. Rest the cards. All of this is good, but the best way to get cards back into usable condition is just simply not to do anything with them for extended periods of time.
