Knotty Knot trick

Effect

A length of a white rope with a knot tied in its center is used to do incredible magic. Slide the knot to the right end of the rope and then all the way to the left. For the spectator not impressed by a mere travelling knot, open your hand to reveal that the knot has changed red! Next, the red knot is moved back and forth from one end to the other, and just when everyone begins to suspect a fake knot, the knot is untied to show the rope is actually red in that spot!
