THRU AND THRU by Martin Schwartz - Trick

Dr. Schwartz original idea that is a real stunner. A penetration of a freely selected card that puzzles magicians as well as layman. There is a gimmick and you will wonder where and how does it work.

You freely shuffle a deck of cards that has a hole punched thru each card. The spectator freely selects a card(no force). The card is replaced in the deck and a pencil is pushed thru the holes. The deck is now suspended from the pencil. The cards are wrapped in a handkerchief the pencil in full view passing thru the entire deck. you now go underneath the handkerchief and remove the selected card.

The story line, Houdini escaping from impossible conditions, will have your audience hooked, no set up, can be repeated immediately, everything is examinable.
