The Jackie McClements Lecture by International Magic - DVD

The lecture starts with a comedy routine (I shall not spoil things here by revealing what happens), followed by a 'Nudist Deck' routine called 'Barely Naked' (worth the price of the DVD). It's an ultra clean version, where having shown the cards blank on both sides, the print materializes and the pack can be examined or used in other routines.

"A trick with a message" is an hilarious card routine, with a religious theme. "Impromptu appearing cigarette", in which you remove a used 'dout' from an ashtray and stretch it into a full length cigarette which you then smoke! Jackie's "flash pass" (re-invented by many others) has to be used as a color change. There's a chapter on Dice Stacking - Blindfolded, with a kicker finish! Jackie's paddle trick must be the most outrageous ever invented! Wait and see for yourself "Remember and Forget" is a great version of the classic Hofzinses plot, yet the easiest of them all to perform. "The Ball Beneath" is what all working magicians want...a sequence which can be performed "Walk-a-round" without a table. Easy too and very, very baffling. Jackie's Color Changes are spectacular - here are two original handlings that must rank as the most visual, requiring next to no cover! There's a brilliant "False Cut' that's as impressive to the performer as it is to the spectator! Jackie's Coin Box routine is excellent and so useable!

The climax to this lecture is "Shock Treatment" an extremely easy, totally baffling cards to pocket. A total stunner that's easy to do and already a classic McClements routine.

All the way through, Jackie's humor charm and genuinely modest personality keeps you entertained while you learn and add some great items to your repertoire.
