A new, simple sandwich effect with a fun and visually deceptive revelation within a spread. The spread can be done either by yourself or a spectator.

This is my favorite "go to" effect, it's so simple! What if you had the ability to hide a selected, signed card in plain sight and your spectator can touch everything?

You get Hold the Mayo!

This is the idea:

You take out your favorite pair out of the deck or produce them any way you'd like. You set the two cards aside, riffle down the deck, and allow a spectator to say stop whenever they'd like to chose one card, which can be signed. You return the card to the center and shuffle the deck. Display the two cards you took out, set them next to each other on top of the deck face up and cut them into the center. You spread the cards to show the two cards in the center and tell your spectator to pick them up. You instruct the spectator to think of their card and to spread the deck. Once spread, one face-down card appears between the two face-up cards. The spectator picks it up, and it is their signed card!
